Source documents are encrypted at the application layer (envelope encryption via AWS KMS) before they reach storage.

DPA training restriction

No AI training or model improvement using your filings without written consent

Our DPA prohibits using your documents to train or improve models, ours or a third party's, unless you give specific prior written consent for a defined purpose — in the contract, not just on a marketing page.

Retention

You decide when documents are deleted

Deleted within 30 days of account or contract termination, and you can delete any document on request at any time.

Common questions.

Is this an autopilot? Will it tag my filing without me looking?
No. Doc2iXBRL surfaces proposed mappings with confidence scores and source spans. Every suggestion remains reviewable, and tags can be edited at any point before export.
Which taxonomies do you cover?
NL Taxonomy 2025 (KVK, Dutch GAAP / SBR) and ESEF (IFRS) for EU-listed issuers today. We track each annual taxonomy release and ship support before the filing window opens.
What happens if KVK rejects the filing?
We rerun the validator stack against the rejection report, surface the failing rules in-app, and you regenerate the package, without an extra conversion charge for re-validating the same filing.
Do you train AI models on my filings?
Not without your specific prior written consent for a defined purpose. Documents are isolated per tenant, and our DPA otherwise prohibits using them to train or improve models, ours or a third party's.
Where is my data hosted?
Filing data is processed in EU regions for primary hosting, storage, OCR and document processing. Any future non-EEA sub-processor would require the safeguards and approvals described in our DPA. The current set is in our Trust Center and is discussed in detail under NDA during procurement.
Can I work with my auditor in Doc2iXBRL?
Yes. Share the conversion once they are a workspace member or have been granted auditor access. It appears on their dashboard with attribution so you can review and edit the same filing together. The share flow does not invite an external email address.
